How many times have you arrived in France for a holiday to discover you will spend half your stay gardening rather than in the garden! We can undertake all regular gardening duties for you such as weeding, planting, hedge trimming and hard landscaping. We provide all our own tools and will remove garden rubbish or leave for composting, as agreed with the you. Charges will apply for removal of rubbish based on distance to tip and time spent.
Save yourself that two day chore of clearing the jungle at the start of the year! Whether you need regular grass cutting or one-off jungle clearance services, Menhir Ty will be pleased to quote for your job. Nothing too small. We provide all our own tools and will remove all rubbish off site if agreed.
Many second home owners in France are frustrated by their inability to attract local workers to do small maintenance jobs. No job is too small for us and we speak your language. Whether you need someone to do the whole job for you or just an extra pair of hands to help to do your own work, get in touch. We should be pleased to offer a quotation. Very reasonable hourly rates apply for the work and materials are charged at cost (receipts provided).
Many holiday home owners live in fear of arriving to find their properties have been burgled or vandalised. At Menhir Ty, we can offer a regular inspection service and key holder service. In the unfortunate event that something untoward happens, boarding up, emergency repairs and securing the property can be provided as part of the service pending your arrival.
Winter storms can leave properties open to the elements without their owners being aware until they return in the spring. As part of our security service, following periods of adverse weather, we will inspect and advise about storm damage and will liaise with you about what to do. We can offer temporary or permanent repairs to ensure that the property remains as weather tight as possible.
Letting out your property can be a nightmare if you are absent and you have no one to ensure that it is clean and tidy for incoming visitors. Alternatively, you may just want a spring clean prior to arriving yourself for your holidays. Menhir Ty can provide one-off, regular, or handover cleaning services.
